I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE SPRING CLEANSE.

Guided by Tina, she is so personable and available as an incredibly supportive guide. Her beautiful attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed, especially with the recipes for the cleanse. I felt supported through the experience with the community, it really made recipe prep fun, meetings were something I looked forward to and slow mornings were an experience to bask in. Initially I felt intimated at the idea of a cleanse but it was such a gentle experience that felt SO good for my body and spirit. I would absolutely recommend the cleanse to any one seeking a mindful experience to align the mind and body with the season. I am so excited for the next offering!
