On Friday June 5, we invite you to join Michelle Sorensen, Founder of Ottawa South Resiliency Clinic, in collaboration with Yoga Attic, for a morning all about exploring relationships from the outside in. Let's dive inward and explore our current realities. Michelle will teach us about attachment theory that explains so much of couple or family conflicts.
Let's explore the problematic ways we protect our ego (our sense of self) and personalize behaviors and flaws of others. This mindful morning retreat will normalize your reactions and will empower you to make changes in your relationships. We invite you to take a step back. Let's affirm what works and decide what you are ready to let go of. Let’s learn more about relationship dynamics through theory & the practice of psychology, and add in some meditation & guided reflection. Join us for a breath of fresh air from everyday life.
