Calm, Comfort & Vision boards. The new year is a time of introspection. An opportunity to reflect on the lessons of the past year, a time to connect to the present, to dream and reflect on what is to come. 2021 is almost here. Let's set intentions for the future my friends!

Join me, Tina, on a two day journey of exploration through the senses & emotions, to connect to our desires and dreams. The first day of the retreat on January 2nd will be a journey between past, present & future. An opportunity to connect to your body, mind & spirit and to recognize lessons learned, where we are & where we want to go & mostly how we want to feel. This day will be all about reflection & creation and starting the process for the creation of your vision board through guided online practices and activities in community along with intentional off screen time activities, to keep your spirit nurtured and alive. Let the idea sink and simmer and reconnect with the group 2 weeks later on January 16 to come back to your intentions, continue the process and work on a road map for the Future.
Expect discussions, reflections, movement, breaks in nature, intentional preparation of meals with recipes & a positive opportunity to dream and leave you feeling nurtured and inspired. Let's dive in with intention!

Day 1 (Jan 2): Rest, Reflection & Tuning in.

9 AM • Welcome, meditation + opening exercise
10:15 AM • Morning yoga practice
11:15 AM • Offline break
11:30 AM • Rest & Reflect (part 1)
12:30 PM • Lunch & Downtime : Prepare your nurturing meal (offline with recipe) & step out in nature
1:30 PM • Rest & Reflect (part 2)
2 PM • Vision Board Making - Part 1. Online or Offscreen with directions & playlist.
4 PM • Restorative movement & group reflections
4:30-5 PM • Prepare breakfast for day 2 (guided recipe)

Day 2 (Jan 16): Intention Setting, Creative Road Map for the Future
8 AM • Mindful silent breakfast + 10 minute walk in nature (offline with recipe & directions)
9 AM • Opening movement & meditation
10:15 AM • Intentions. Clarifying the vision. Vision Board Making - Part 2
11 AM • Offline Break
11:15 AM • Bringing the vision to life - Creative road map - part 1
12:30 PM • Lunch & Downtime : Prepare your nurturing meal (offline with recipe) & step out in nature
1:30 PM • Bringing the vision to life - Creative road map - part 2
3 PM • Offline break
3:14 PM • Nurturing Yoga nidra practice
4 PM • Group share & closing circle
4:30 PM : Follow with a long bath.

140 $ - with items from home (items needed for retreat will be sent following registration)
180 $ - with retreat kit (available for pickup only by appointment Dec 29 - Jan 1 st)
Retreat kit includes, small canvas, 5 recycled magazines, glue, scissors, mini candle, bath soak mix, palo santo, small crystal, journal & pencil & a few other surprises.
