The new year is a time of introspection. An opportunity to reflect on the lessons of the past, a time to connect to the present, to dream and reflect on what is to come. We invite you to join us for a two day vision making experience + bonus self guided home retreat. An experience of connection, introspection, nurtured practices & vision making. A journey to move into the new year with calm, comfort & intention.

Join me, Tina, on a three day journey of exploration through the senses. A Friday evening to reconnect to your heart & cleanse your spirit. A full day retreat to embrace space, dive deep into reflection, vision & creation. A final full day home retreat with all the tools and goodies to be completed in your own time as often as you wish to help you move towards action and stay connected to your vision with intention.

Day 1 : Friday, Jan 14, 6-9 pm
The retreat will begin in practice & ritual on Friday evening. A moment to reconnect to the body, plant the seeds for reflection & cleanse the spirit around an outdoor fire. Of course there will be special warm drinks & food for the soul.

6 pm: Welcome, opening, gentle heart opening yoga in attic
7:30 pm : Guided reflections, snacks & group share
8:15 - 9 pm: Cleansing circle around an outdoor winter fire (dress for the weather. It will be magic)

Day 2 : Saturday, Jan 15, 9 - 5 pm
Join again in silence on Saturday for a morning of meditation, yoga & guided exercises to dive deep into reflection & introspection. Gather with the group for a nourishing meal & down time followed by a meditation for creativity all to guide you to the final exercise of preparing your vision board. Close the day with a restorative practice & group circle.

Morning of introspection & silence
8:30 - 9 am : Arrival, set-up, optional silent breakfast & warm drinks
9 am : Opening meditation & guided reflection part 1
10:15 am : Gentle slow flow + yin practice in attic
11:15 am : Break & refreshments
11:30 am : Guided reflections part 2

Afternoon of calm, connection & creation
12:30 pm : Lunch & downtime. Nourish your body. Take the time to go out in nature.
1:30 pm : Creative flow meditation + vision board making
3:30 pm : Break & snack
4 pm - 5 pm : Restorative movement & closing circle around fire

Day 3: Full day home retreat in your own time
Take home a full day retreat kit, schedule, directions, recordings, homework & tools for a final retreat day to complete in your own time as often as you wish. This final self guided retreat day will support you in connecting to your own environment, creating your own rituals, practices & the creation of your own action plan to stay connected to your vision & bring it to life with ease & intention.

This year we are taking a holistic approach to vision making for a continued experience in tending your body, mind & spirit all to make life a little more intentional. We invite you to join us.
