On September 12, join Meghan Johnston founder of Radical Rest Rhythms and Tina of Yoga Attic for a full day retreat of movement, discussion, rest, reflection, nature, meditation & nourishing food to rejuvenate mind, body & soul. A full day retreat to help you honor the wisdom within you, to explore your relationship with stress & rest and inspire sustainable wellness practices for an aligned and creative life.
