The end of the year is here and we invite you to take a Monday for yourself and join us for a full day of rest & nourishment to restore your body, ground the mind, reconnect with the flow of your breath, the spaciousness of nature and the gentleness of your heart. A day to feed and tend to every part of you inspired by ayurvedic practices to care for every part of you this season.

9 am : Welcome & gentle yoga practice in the attic
10:15 am : Break & Snack around the outdoor fire
10:45 am : Group discussion, exercises & walk in nature
Noon : Lunch & downtime around the fireplace
1:30 pm : Nurture & nourish. Group ritual to nourish & rejuvenate the body, mind & spirit
3 pm : break & downtime
3:30 - 4:30 : Restorative practice & group closing
