Let's get inspire by nature and the 4 elements to direct our energy inward, reflect on the growth of the previous seasons, bring awareness to the areas that need nurturing and turn to gratitude to celebrate abundance and our harvests.
September 26 & 27, join us for a two day retreat including Fall equinox ceremony, movement, stillness, outdoor fires, yoga practices inspired by nature & the four elements, guided reflections, a walk nature, grounding practices for the Vata season, silent time, seasonal meals & snacks, an outdoor kimchi workshop with our friend Amy Longard with cabbages from our garden and a closing circle filled with intention.
