[ Class Styles ]
Our energizing flow class will combine meditation, breath & a sequence of flowing postures including some strength building poses that range from floor work to standing poses. This class will increase your strength and flexibility. Your flow practice will finish with a long final relaxation.
Our restorative Yin class combine meditation, mindfulness, breath & holding deeper postures. Explore with slower movements & holding poses for 3-5 minutes. Yin is a great practice for restoration, mobility, developing peace of mind and helping you prepare for a restful night's sleep.
