Meet Rebecca Taylor, writer & author!
"As a kid, you could always find me with a big bag, a giant notebook and an overflowing pencil case.
Today is no different - I love writing about the world around me, and am fortunate to be able to do it for a living! I have years of experience in the luxury travel industry as a journalist, copywriter and am now a certified editor. Perhaps most exciting, is that I have recently finished my first novel, A Week at the Woods!
When not tapping away at my laptop, I can be found hiking with our Ridgeback Kingsley, doing yoga, nursing a coffee in a local cafe or sipping a nice glass of red."
Rebecca has been a rock in the Yoga Attic team for the past two years and we could not be more excited to have her as the host for the Yoga Attic BookClub!
Meet Alex Ure, meditation teacher!
"I found meditation during very fidgety savasana's in yoga class. Though it was not a smooth beginning, I eventually became hooked when I was able to experience a different relationship with my thoughts and feelings during meditation. Over the past 5 years, I have completed over 500 hours of training in meditation and yoga, taking a particular focus in mindfulness practices. I focus on teaching meditation and mindfulness practices that can be used in every day modern life. My teaching style is laid-back and simple, yet profound."
